Building and Condominium Maintenance: RGCQ Conference

NIVOEX will attend the spring conference of the Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec (RGCQ) on April 5, 2014, on the maintenance and preservation of condominium buildings.

Several renowned speakers will address the topic to help syndicates of co-owners expand their knowledge in this area. The president of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ), Mr. Stéphane Labrie, will give the opening address, after which a representative of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec will speak to the audience about the  "Building" chapter of the Safety Code (CBCS), which came into force on March 18, 2013. Topics will include the impacts of the CBCS on Quebec condominiums and a review of the actions taken since its adoption.
