Building condition certificate for condos: A true health check for your condo building!

Syndicates of co-owners and property managers know how important it is to obtain all the necessary information on the condition of their building and the amounts to set aside to keep it in good condition in the years ahead. The building condition certificate combines several services, all included in a single report.

We carry out a general inspection of the building to record the physical condition of its components and identify deficiencies. Our report includes a list of all components and equipment in the common portions, an indication of their condition and of the problems observed for each component or piece of equipment, their remaining service life and a cost estimate.
