Condo Evening: Ask Our Experts Your Questions

The Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec (RGCQ) invites you to its “Le condo en questions” event on September 16, 2013, in Montreal.

This event gives co-owners a voice and lets everyone learn from other people’s questions. The idea is simple: we have brought together around one table several condominium experts from different fields to answer all kinds of questions.

We will be pleased to welcome a lawyer, a notary, an insurance professional, an appraisal specialist, a building envelope specialist and a property manager. They will answer the questions you ask them. Many topics will be covered, with everyone benefiting from the others’ input, all in a friendly and interactive atmosphere. People planning to buy a condo are also welcome.

Mr. Patrick Gautreau, T.P., President and Technical Director at NIVOEX inc., will be one of the experts invited to answer questions.
